Shipping policy
Processing Times
We handcraft and print our products with care. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Print-to-order items may require 3–5 business days before dispatch. During busy periods (holidays, market seasons) processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always communicate any delays.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80. Express Post is available at checkout for an additional cost and is not covered by the free shipping threshold.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup is available from Mount Duneed, VIC. Select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time. Local delivery may be available for nearby areas — contact us before ordering to arrange.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post International. Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please note we are not currently shipping to the United States due to ongoing import tariff changes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.
