Returns & Refunds Policy

The Short Version

We want you to love what you receive. If something's not right, we'll make it right.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You'll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, contact us at info@elevatedexpressions.com.au before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.


Print-to-Order & Custom Items

Many of our products are printed fresh to order. Because these items are made specifically for you, print-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If you're unsure whether your item falls into this category, just ask us before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elevatedexpressions.com.au with a photo and your order number. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Print-to-order or personalised items (unless faulty)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
